The property houses a number of different business tenants and functions and therefore requires flexible access and clear communication between users and visitors. A property with many daily users and visitors, there is a strong focus on reliability, functionality and modern access solutions.

Challenges at Slotsgade 15

During the renovation, Slotsgade 15 was faced with the need to upgrade both security and usability in the building. The property previously had older and disjointed access and communication solutions, which created challenges for both tenants and administrators.

We at KeyPartner were chosen as the total supplier of access and locking systems in connection with the renovation of Slotsgade 15. With a focus on integration, flexibility and user-friendly operation, we implemented a complete solution consisting of three central systems:

The installation of Welcomebob door telephony enables efficient and modern communication between office hotel users and their visitors. The solution supports easy operation via mobile and ensures both overview and flexibility on a daily basis, without the need for a physical reception.

2. Access control: Salto KS

The cloud-based access control system Salto KS is implemented across the entire building. Users can gain access by code, mobile app or smartwatch, facilitating access without compromising security. The solution makes it easy for administrators to grant and remove access rights as needed.

3. Locking system: EVVA EPS+

EVVA EPS+ was used to mechanically secure the building, offering high security and reliability. The locking system is structured with individual keys for cafés and shops, shared keys for common areas and operating keys for the office hotel facilities. This structure ensures both access control and accountability, while making daily operations manageable for both property managers and tenants.
