When processing personal data in connection with the execution of your orders and purchases, including delivery, credit granting and payment, the legal basis for our registration of the information is Section 6(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, on processing operations that are necessary for entering into a contract and for the performance of the contract.
When we record information required under the Accounting Act or as part of the reporting obligation to the tax authorities, the legal basis is Section 6(1) of the Data Protection Act, cf. Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation, on processing that is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject.
The legal basis for our collection and registration of the other personal data is Section 6(1) of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, on processing that is necessary for a legitimate interest that is not overridden by the interests of the data subjects. The legitimate interest that justifies the processing is the interest in promoting KEYPARTNER ApS's business and offering customers the best service and good deals.
Disclosure of information about you may take place in compliance with the processing rules in data protection legislation and other Danish legislation. In each individual case, we will assess whether the disclosure requires your express consent or whether the disclosure can be made on another legal basis.

We disclose personal data to the following recipients: Ordrestyring.dk, RUKO and E-conomics.
We use a number of third parties to store and process data, including suppliers of IT solutions, backup, external auditor. These process exclusively.
information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. In relevant cases, data is passed on to debt collectors. We only use data processors in the EU.
Deletion of your personal data
We delete the information about you when it is no longer necessary.
KEYPARTNER ApS generally follows the retention period that applies under the Danish Accounting Act. To ensure correct handling of recurring customer relationships, potential complaints and warranty obligations and to be able to meet our obligations, we have assessed that it is necessary to store information for up to five years plus the current period from the end of the business relationship.
