Service agreement for housing associations & companies

After installing locking systems , automatic doors , access control or doorphones, it is important to think about service and how to maintain the installation. The installations are often exposed to wind and weather all year round, which means that the materials behave differently. To ensure that the installations function optimally, these should be inspected every six months. With a service agreement, damage and wear can be caught early and expensive repairs can be avoided.

A fixed service agreement provides security and safety

There are several good reasons to maintain and repair the building's installations. The installation will last for several years if it is regularly maintained. A well-maintained installation at the exterior door is also important for how the building looks. Exterior doors are often one of the very first things seen when customers, family and others arrive. If the installation is not maintained, in the worst case scenario, consequential damage can occur, which can be expensive to repair.

Let KEYPARTNER take care of the maintenance

If you maintain your security solution with service inspections , the lifespan of the various products will be significantly extended.

At KEYPARTNER, we recommend that you have your doors and gates checked every six months. Ideally in July and December, as this is when the weather is the most different, which means that the materials behave differently. When we are on a service inspection, we also look for future repairs. If we see that the lock should be replaced, we will notify the caretaker or board of directors. This way, you can keep repairs to a minimum, so that the broken lock does not cause major damage to, for example, the electric strike plate or other items.

At the same time, KEYPARTNER's fitters check all screws and fittings, and replace them if necessary. During the service visit, KEYPARTNER also ensures that all relevant parts are lubricated.

At KEYPARTNER, we believe that it is important to have a permanent partner when maintaining the property.

If you would like us as a permanent partner, you are more than welcome to contact us on telephone number 82 82 82 09 or via the contact form .

Locking systems

Locking systems

A new locking system helps to increase security, regardless of whether a traditional mechanical locking system or an electronic locking system is chosen. The advantage of a locking system is that the heavy key bundle can be replaced with a single key, which can be assigned different access levels. This way, you have full control over which doors each user has access to.

Access control

Many workplaces today use an electronic locking system. Knowing who is accessing the company - and when - creates great peace of mind. It's also quick and easy to create, edit or delete in an access card system when employees change - or when, for example, new residents move into the housing association or guests move out of hotels.

Door phones

With a door or intercom system, you ensure that employees/residents can grant and deny access. Door phone and intercom systems keep out unauthorized persons and thus prevent crime. However, a door phone with camera and audio has the advantage that you can see who is standing in front of the door, which creates greater security.

Who should have access to the property?

As a rule of thumb, the need for a locking system arises when multiple users need to have access to a building. With a locking system, it is possible to provide different levels of access. You should consider whether only the residents of the property need to have a key, or whether the postman, handymen and garbage collectors also need to have one.

However, there is no reason for the postman, handyman or garbage collector to be given the same key as the residents, as they do not necessarily need to be able to enter through the back stairs, the attic, the bicycle cellar and the laundry room.

To achieve even more security, the system can be combined with electronic access control.

A new locking system helps increase security, regardless of whether a traditional mechanical or electronic locking system is chosen.

The right security solution for housing companies and properties

In Denmark, we are plagued by far more thefts than our neighboring countries. One of the reasons for this is that many housing companies and properties do not spend time and money on security solutions.

At KEYPARTNER, we believe that it should be a standard to ensure that the street door or gate closes every time and is securely locked, and that there is control over the key system on the property, thereby ensuring no lost keys in circulation.

All housing associations, homeowners' associations and cooperatives are different, so the security solution must always be adapted individually. It may be that for one property, it is best to have an electronic locking system rather than a mechanical one, and vice versa for another.

At KEYPARTNER, we listen to your needs and come up with the right solution, in collaboration with you.
