  • You are moving to a new place. 
  • You live in an older home. 
  • The door lock has never been replaced. 
  • The door lock is worn out. 
  • The door lock has low security 
Many locks are too old or worn and therefore do not meet today's security requirements. It is recommended that you replace your lock if it is more than 10 years old so that it meets today's standards. Security and technology have developed significantly over the years, and you cannot expect top-level security if your lock is old and worn. In addition, it is a good idea to replace the lock cylinder if you move to a new place. It can be difficult to know whether previous owners or tenants still have keys to your front door lock. Therefore, it is best to replace the lock cylinder when you move into a new home. Many Danish homes are equipped with locks that thieves can easily pick.
